We're excited and optimistic for what this year will bring. 2023 was an interesting time in the home market, with circumstances like rising interest rates, fraught global politics, and insurance providers leaving California—all of which contributed to a drop in Buyer confidence. Through oo fo this, we continued to evolve and align to changing market conditions, and were particularly grateful to serve as a resource for our clients navigating the market as well. Looking ahead, we are seeing economic factors begin balance out, and with the new year, motivated Buyers eager to jump in - though limited inventory, as is typical this time of year...With the Fed plan to reduce interest rates this year, we are anticipating a robust 2024!!
