June 2024 Real Estate Market News & More

Happy Summer! Officially...This June newsletter arrives to you as July approaches! I was a bit occupied with my daughter's high school graduation and all that comes with that! The summer and typical seasonality in the real estate market is upon us. The interest rate environment remains essentially the same, though supply (limited) and demand (reasonable) keeps the real estate market largely moving forward in both SF and Marin. Some stats and details below in both markets...with some exciting new listings coming up soon and notes about why Sausalito has so few children and the potential of Jackson Square as the new tech and business hub in SF!

I hope the end of the school year (if that impacts you) was good for you and yours, and that you have an amazing summer wherever your adventures take you. All the best and talk soon...
