I hope you all enjoyed Mother's Day weekend and the fantastic weather of late! The Mill Valley Music Festival was a blast (for me)—and hopefully will also make it through Bay to Breakers in the City this weekend!? Schedules are packed (my daughter is graduating high school), life is good and gratitude high, rates are holding while home-buyers stay motivated, and the spring selling season that picked up late shows no signs of slowing down as June comes on.
